Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the GovernXT platform at www.governxt.com. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The service
GovernXT is a subscription enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) SaaS platform, licensed per the plan (Starter/Enterprise) your organisation subscribes to.
Accounts and roles
Your organisation's ORG_ADMIN manages user access, roles, and seat allocation. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed per the plan selected at signup, in USD, processed via Razorpay. See the pricing page for current rates.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: no attempts to bypass access controls, no unauthorised data extraction, no use that violates applicable law. Seat allocation must reflect actual active users per the plan's seat terms.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data your organisation enters into the platform ("Customer Data"). We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data you upload.
Third-party integrations
Connecting third-party services (e.g. Jira) is optional and governed by your own authorisation with that provider. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
Intellectual property
The GovernXT platform, its design, and underlying software remain our property. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.
Service availability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovernXT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the notice period in your subscription agreement. On termination, access ends and Customer Data is retained per the Privacy Policy's retention terms, then deleted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these Terms
We will update the effective date above when these Terms change and notify ORG_ADMINs of material changes.
